Refund Policy

We want every experience at Aura Aesthetics to feel worth every rupee. This policy explains our stance: pre-paid packages are non-refundable, appointments may be rescheduled (not cancelled), we do not accept returns, and we offer replacements only - no refunds.

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We strive to deliver exceptional results and a seamless experience at every visit. This policy sets out our stance on refunds, returns, cancellations, and replacements so you always know where you stand.

Clinic Treatments & Services

  • Completed treatmentsOnce a treatment or consultation has been fully delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction or clinical concern following a treatment, please contact us immediately — we will assess the situation and work with you.
  • Pre-paid packagesPre-paid packages and multi-session bundles are non-refundable. Once purchased, the package must be used within its validity period; unused sessions cannot be refunded.
  • Consultation feesInitial consultation fees are non-refundable. Consultation fees are often credited towards treatment costs when you proceed.

Appointments

Rescheduling onlyAppointments cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule to a different date or time. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule.
No-showsFailure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be treated as a used session; no refund or credit will be issued.
Rescheduled by usIf we need to change your appointment for operational or clinical reasons, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative date.

Skincare Products

No returnsWe do not accept returns. All sales of skincare and cosmetic products are final.
No refunds - replacements onlyWe do not offer refunds on products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details. We will arrange a replacement only.
HygieneFor health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or medical-grade products cannot be exchanged or replaced.

Webinars & Digital Content

Once access to a webinar, live session, recording, or any digital download has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled session and we will do our best to accommodate you — including offering a recording where available.

Replacements

We do not process refunds. Where we agree that a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement only. Replacement items will be shipped as per our standard delivery process. We aim to dispatch replacements within 5-7 business days of approval.

How to Request a Replacement or Reschedule

For a product replacement (damaged/defective/incorrect) or to reschedule an appointment, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Order ID or transaction reference (for products); appointment date (for rescheduling)
  • For replacements: photographs showing the condition of the item

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
