By visiting our website at auraaestheticspro.com, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using any service provided by Aura Aesthetics("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and anyone who accesses or uses our services in any manner.

Our Services

Aura Aesthetics offers in-clinic aesthetic and wellness treatments including skin care, hair treatments, laser procedures, and physiotherapy. We also sell skincare products and host educational webinars. Our services are delivered by or under the supervision of qualified professionals.

  • EligibilityYou must be 18 years of age or older to book services or make purchases. Treatments for minors require written parental or guardian consent and a consultation with our clinical team.
  • Appointment schedulingAll appointments are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to staffing, safety, or clinical reasons.
  • Accurate informationYou agree to provide complete and accurate information when booking, purchasing, or completing consultation forms. Withholding relevant medical history may affect your treatment outcome and safety.

Medical Disclaimer

Content on our website — including treatment descriptions, before/after results, and blog posts — is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Appointments & Cancellations

Cancellation noticeWe request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full forfeiture of any advance payment or booking deposit.
Late arrivalsArriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, depending on subsequent bookings.
Our right to rescheduleWe may need to reschedule your appointment due to operational reasons, clinical emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible.

Payments & Pricing

PricingAll prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time. Applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
Payment processingPayments are processed through Razorpay and other third-party providers. By completing a payment, you also agree to their terms of service.
Order acceptancePlacing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders — including those suspected of fraud or misuse — and will refund any amounts charged if we cancel an order on our end.

Photography & Media Consent

With your prior written consent, we may photograph or video your treatment for documentation, clinical records, or — where separately consented — for use in educational or promotional content including social media. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us; previously published content cannot always be retracted from third-party platforms.

Webinars & Digital Content

Access to webinars, recordings, and downloadable content is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Unless otherwise stated, access is non-transferable and may be time-limited. You may not record, share, redistribute, or resell any digital content without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, treatment guides, and overall design — is owned by or licensed to Aura Aesthetics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India.
